Jag Engineering Inc. is built on good people, our customers and our employees. Our reputation is founded on it.

We cross train our employees to bear continuity in the services we provide. We have developed an open workplace with freedom from rigidity. Our employees are kind and patient with each other and our customers. They are tremendously above average in intelligence and carry American pride in the work they perform.

Honesty and sincerity are demanded of both our customers and our employees. Privacy is respected and security is enforced when necessary.

We have found that our blood is all RED. We may not all agree but we can tolerate each other's differences. We must maintain an ability to think clearly under the pressures of these differences.

We have learned to tolerate a few Zee Daze (days with a "Z") so long as you pull your weight most of the time. We have very little tolerance if you consistently refuse to pull your own weight. We believe in showing rather than telling.
