Triple Pump Gearbox Production Tooling

Pattern cut from urethane tooling plank layup from Tool Chemical Company. Each pattern was partially cut, then moved, indexed and finished because of machine travel limitations. This part was developed in Euclid 3 by the customer. Cut files were generated by W. R. Cary Engineering and transferred by modem to JAG. Set up, CNC work and mounting were completed at JAG.
