View of Cast Aluminum Rotational Mold for seat that is used as a "Leaning Post" on the bow of bass boats. They
say a real fisherman never really sits in one of these, but it needs to look good at 70 mph on the
lake. Mold is open showing molding faces. Master Model above is Epoxy coated urethane foam, hand sculpted
to satisfy customer's vision.
View of closed mold before spider mounting bracketry was installed. This included toggle clamps and a plate for mounting to Rotation Machine arm.
Sample of rotomolded, 2 piece, fold-down marine seat completed about the same time.
