Nature of Our Business
Our Business is first that of a mechanic's think tank or a research and development shop. Our mark in trade is "Common Sense" mechanically speaking. We make metal, wood, and plastic patterns, molds, and models for industry.
Our specialties are expanded polystyrene molds, vacuum forming molds, and molds for the rotational molding process. Molds in this family are made of precision sand cast aluminum.
We operate a precision chemical bonded sand foundry for production of these molds. We make foundry tooling and can supply pressure cast aluminum equipment for this industry, however we buy our pressure castings from an outside vendor.
We do limited production machine work manufacturing support equipment. We also provide repair and revision services to all our customers.
