Dodge Sebring/Avenger Quarter Panel Lower Impact Absorber Left Hand and Right Hand, Expanded Polypropolene Foam, molded in multi-cavity, self-contained tooling.
Customer supplied dimensioned paper drawings for this project. 3-D Math models were constructed and physical models were CNC sculpted of Ren 460 tooling board at Jag. Aluminum mold castings and steam chests were poured in-house. Both parts were mirror images. Subsequently an interference developed in the Left Hand (foreground) part. A change piece casting was produced and grafted into all Left Hand production cavities at Jag. We offer repair and revision services on any mold, to our Customers!
